    The article on trauma noise speak so much internally to us. Thank you. Thought that we were the only one that experienced that. Sometimes and noise get so loud we want to just run away but there’s nowhere to go that the noise isn’t. You K bus hope thanks

      Jazzy,

      I know what you mean! I want to run away from the noise too, but the noise is often inside us, not just on the outside. So we have to learn to create peace, I think, in whatever way we can. I like to go outside in nature and go for hikes. That is peaceful to me. Noise is all around us, but we have to have hope that we can live with it in a safe and happy way.
